My Precious Baby allows you to place your baby's movies, pictures, and sounds in any folder of your choosing (you can also place them in the same folder if you would like). This is particularly helpful when you begin to accummulate a large collection of these files and would like to move them to an external storage devise.
STEPS:
(1) Open the default folders window by selecting "Set Folders" in the "Special" menu in the menu bar.
(2) Press one of the three "Set...Folder" buttons.
(3) Navigate to the folder of your choice and press the "Select Folder" button.
NOTE: You may choose to place all of your files in one folder. However, you must set the location for each type of file (movies, pictures, and sounds). You must also set the folders for each child in your database.
My Precious Baby provides you with convenient access to each child by means of a Names menu in the "Set Default Folders" window. Simply choose each child for which you would like to set folders by pulling down on the menu, setting the folders, and then repeating this process until you have set folders for all children of your choosing.
(4) That's it. You're done.
